Dr. Coy L. Poitier operates at the intersection of leadership development, natural stewardship, and creative storytelling. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, former law enforcement officer, author, and filmmaker, Coy holds a Doctorate in Ministerial Leadership and has spent decades studying how individuals navigate pivot points and construct resilient legacies. His work blends grounded, real-world crisis leadership with nature-inspired frameworks, encouraging leaders to look to natural systems, heritage, and the outdoors to cultivate strength, balance, and purpose.

As a sought-after professional speaker and panelist, Coy delivers engaging insights across a broad spectrum of topics—including Urban Agriculture, the rich histories of the Buffalo Soldiers in Texas and Black Cowboys of the West, Crisis Leadership Management, and Documentary Film Production. Using nature as his office, he also specializes in men’s motivational speaking, inspiring audiences to reconnect with their purpose, build resilience, and lead with intention. As an active Master Naturalist, Master Gardener, and dedicated community volunteer, Coy remains committed to equipping others with the strategic, creative, and mental tools needed to rewrite their narratives and thrive in every season of life.
